ORDINANCE NO. 94-073

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 63, Α. 2.2, ARTICLE XVIII OF ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE CODIFIED TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF NAGA”: –

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Section 63, A. 2.2, Article XVIII of Ordinance No. 93-049, as amended, otherwise known as “The Codified Transport and Traffic Code of the City of Naga”, is hereby amended, now to read as follows:

a) Location of Terminals – Terminals shall only be established in the following areas:

A.2 For PUJ Terminals

“2. – For North bound jeepneys – The areas outside the Central business District from Arana St., direction North”;

SECTION 2. Any ordinance, rules and regulations, any part or parts thereof which are in consistent with this ordinance are hereby amended, modified and/or repealed accordingly;

SECTION 3. – EFFECTIVITY. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: August 10, 1994.
