AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-026 AND ORDINANCE NO. 94-046, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE INTRA-CITY TRIMOBILE TRAFFIC RATIONALIZATION PLAN AND THE TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY, RESPECTIVELY, AUTHORIZING HIS HONOR, THE CITY MAYOR, TO EFFECT MODIFICATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF FOR A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH

Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 93-026 (Intra-City Trimobile Traffic Rationalization Plan) and Ordinance No. 94-046 (Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City). It grants the City Mayor the authority to implement modifications or adjustments to these two ordinances for a period of one month to expedite smooth implementation and respond promptly to contingencies.
