ORDINANCE NO. 94-051

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-026 AND ORDINANCE NO. 94-046, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE INTRA-CITY TRIMOBILE TRAFFIC RATIONALIZATION PLAN AND THE TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY, RESPECTIVELY, AUTHORIZING HIS HONOR, THE CITY MAYOR, TO EFFECT MODIFICATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF FOR A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. To expedite the smooth implementation of the Intra City Trimobile Traffic Rationalization Plan and to institute a prompt response mechanism to contingencies, the City Mayor is hereby given the authority to adopt modifications or adjustments in the implementation of Ordinance No. 93-026 and Ordinance No. 94-046.

SECTION 2. This authority shall be for a period of only one month.

SECTION 3. Any and all changes adopted by the City Mayor shall be submitted to the Sangguniang Panlungsod at the end of the one-month period for its ratification.

SECTION 4. – The one-month period shall be reckoned from the date of effectivity of this amendatory ordinance.

SECTION 5. REPEALING CLAUSE. All ordinances, rules, orders and regulations of parts thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby modified accordingly.

SECTION 6. – EFFECTIVITY. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
