6000+ LOW-COST CONDO PARA SA MGA NAGUEÑO! APPLY NA!
In partnership with the Department of HUman Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and PAGIBIG FUND, the City Government of Naga under the leadership of City Mayor Nelson Legacion, has launched the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Project (Naga Legacy Residences).
The program is open for:
Residents of Naga City who are capable of monthly payments of P3,000 to P6,000 for 24-30 square meter condominium units
Informal Settler Families (ISF), government and private sector employees, self-employed workers (PUV drivers, vendors, etc.) who do not own a house
Fees will depend on the condo floor area and facilities available in the condominium building such as elevator and community club house
