FUNCTIONS
- Prepares and proposes the Calendar, agenda, order and manner of transacting business in the regular session, special sessions of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;
- Proposes reorganization of the Standing Committees and creation of new committees;
- Performs such other functions as the Sangguniang Panlungsod may adopt.
