FUNCTIONS

1. Conducts committee/public hearings on matters referred to it by the Sangguniang Panlungsod and recommends action thereon;
2. Reviews proposals, projects and programs, pertaining to the use of land within the jurisdiction of Naga City in the performance of this function;
3. Establishes linkage with concerned government agencies and private/non-government organizations in the performance of this function;
4. Ensures the dissemination of information and literature pertaining to Land Use;
5. Reviews and recommends land use and spatial policies and measures.
6. Reviews Barangay ordinances affecting Land Use in consonance with the city Land Use plan;
7. Performs such other functions as the Sanggunian may adopt.
