How to Obtain a Library Card at RSRL
Eligibility
- Must be a bona fide resident of Naga City.

💳 Application Process
- Prepare the Requirements
- Gather all required documents listed above.
- Visit the Raul S. Roco Library
- Go to the 2nd Floor, R.S. Roco Library Building, City Hall Complex, J. Miranda Ave., Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City.
- Submit Documents
- Hand over your documents to the Information and Circulation Staff.
- Fill Out the Application Form
- Complete the form provided at the library.
- Pay the Membership Fee
- ₱50.00 processing fee.
- Membership fee:
- ₱40.00 for professionals, college, and high school students
- ₱20.00 for elementary students and children
- Receive Temporary Library Card
- Issued immediately while your permanent card is processed (2–3 weeks).
How to Use the Library
📘 Borrowing Books
- Present Library ID
- Leave your Library Card with the librarian.
- Select Books
- Use the catalog or color-coded guide.
- Fill Out Book Card
- Located at the back of each book.
- Check Out

- Librarian verifies and releases the book.
- You’ll be informed of the return date.
📅 Borrowing Terms

- Up to 6 books for 1 week.
- No borrowing fee.
- Late return penalty: ₱10.00/day per book.
