Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Prepare the Required Documents
For Mayor’s Clearance:
- Original Police Clearance – Naga City Police Office
- Original Court Clearance – Regional Trial Court, Naga City
- Latest Community Tax Certificate – City Treasurer’s Office
- 1 Documentary Stamp – Bureau of Internal Revenue
- Official Receipt for Mayor’s Clearance Fee – City Treasurer’s Office
For Certificate of Good Moral Character:
- Barangay Certification (must state residency and no derogatory record) – Your Barangay
- Official Receipt for Certificate Fee – City Treasurer’s Office
Step 2: Submit Your Documents
- Go to the City Mayor’s Office, Room 201, 2/F Main Building, City Hall Complex.
- Hand over all required documents to the assigned personnel.
Step 3: Pay the Applicable Fees
- Proceed to the City Treasurer’s Office for payment.

- Clearance or Certificate will be prepared by the staff.

Step 5: Approval by the City Mayor
- The document is reviewed and signed by the Mayor or authorized officials.

- Pick up your signed Clearance or Certificate.
