How to Secure a Senior Citizen ID (SC ID)

Who Can Apply

• Naga City residents aged 60 and above
• Must have lived in Naga for at least 1 year
• Dual citizens must prove Filipino citizenship and 6 months residency

Requirements

For New Applicants:

• Filled-out application form
• Birth certificate or valid proof of age and citizenship
• Barangay certificate of residency or 2 proofs of billing/real estate tax receipts
• Voter’s ID or COMELEC certificate
• Three (3) identical 2×2 photos

For Replacement (Old ID or Transfer to Naga):

• Old ID (if applicable)
• Same documents as new applicants
• One (1) 2×2 photo

For Lost ID:

• Affidavit of loss
• Same documents as new applicants
• One (1) 2×2 photo
• ₱100 replacement fee (free for indigent SCs certified by CSWDO)

  Steps to Apply

• Visit OSCA and inquire about the SC ID
• Get and fill out the application form
• Submit completed form and requirements
• For lost ID, pay ₱100 at the Treasurer’s Office and present the receipt
• Once approved, proceed to data encoding, photo capture, and ID issuance

Processing Time: 15–30 minutes
     Fee: Free for first issuance; ₱100 for lost ID replacement
