The Naga City Youth Development Office (NCYDO), along with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation – Naga and select leaders of Naga’s youth organizations, participated in a three day training program titled, Leadership for Adolescent and Youth-Friendly Cities or LAYFC.
