AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE BUDGET UNDER THE CAPITAL OUTLAY AMOUNTING TO FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00) OF THE BICOL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRUM (BSTC) TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS UNDER MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) OF THE SAME OFFICE
Summary:
This ordinance authorizes the realignment of ₱500,000 from the capital outlay of the Bicol Science & Technology Centrum (BSTC) into its Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE). The funds shall be allocated across the following operating items within BSTC:
₱500,000 split into:
Travel expenses
Supplies expense
Repair & maintenance of office equipment
Repair & maintenance of scientific equipment
Other maintenance & operating expenses
This aims to provide operational support for BSTC by shifting available resources to cover essential running costs. The ordinance took effect upon approval.
