Summary:
This ordinance authorizes the realignment of โฑ500,000 from the capital outlay of the Bicol Science & Technology Centrum (BSTC) into its Maintenance & Other Operating Expenses (MOOE). The funds shall be allocated across the following operating items within BSTC:

Travel expenses
Supplies expense
Repair & maintenance of office equipment
Repair & maintenance of scientific equipment
Other maintenance & operating expenses
This aims to provide operational support for BSTC by shifting available resources to cover essential running costs. The ordinance took effect upon approval.
