AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF FORTY HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P472,500.00) FROM NET OF ALL SALARY SAVINGS, WAGES AND BENEFITS OF ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATION – AID TO BARANGAYS UNDER ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE GRANT OF BARANGAYS PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE TO BARANGAY AND SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 2019-101
