On joint and collective motion

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The amount of Four Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P472,500.00) from net of all salary savings, wages and benefits of all employees of the city government is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated to Special Purpose Appropriation-Aid to Barangays under Essential Community Services to cover the additional appropriation for the grant of Barangay Performance Incentive to Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials authorized under Ordinance No. 2019-101;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: December 10, 2019
