AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P31,400,000.00) FROM SAVINGS OF CERTAIN ACCOUNTS UNDER THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (MOOE) OF VARIOUS OFFICES, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO OTHER PERSONNEL BENEFITS (CNA BONUS) UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR
Summary: This ordinance reverts the total amount of ₱31,400,000.00 from the savings of various offices under the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) accounts to the city’s unappropriated balance. The same amount is then re-appropriated to fund the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus under the Office of the City Mayor. The ordinance was enacted to recognize and support employee welfare using savings from operating budgets.
