ORDINANCE NO. 2019-067

Summary: Ordinance No. 2019-067, enacted on September 3, 2019, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, reverts PHP 937,315.60 from various 2019 appropriations of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to the unappropriated balance. This reverted amount is then re-appropriated to cover the procurement of fourteen (14) units of laptops and four (4) units of computer printers with scanners for the use of the Sangguniang Panlungsod. The specific accounts from which the funds were reverted are: Fuel, Oil & Lubricants (PHP 73,115.60), Printing & Publication (PHP 294,200.00), Machinery & Equipment-Office (PHP 150,000.00), and Information & Communication (PHP 420,000.00). The ordinance was sponsored by Hon. Elmer S. Baldemoro. It was certified correct by City Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Cecilia B. Veluz-De Asis, and Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod Gil A. De La Torre. City Mayor Nelson S. Legacion approved the ordinance.
