Summary: This ordinance waives rentals for stalls at the Bicol Central Station (BCS) due to the impacts of the General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Full monthly (100%) rentals are waived for stalls that remained closed and unoperational from the declaration of GCQ until December 31, 2020, or an earlier resumption of northbound bus trips. For stalls that closed upon GCQ declaration but reopened upon its lifting, 50% of monthly rentals are waived from June 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, or an earlier resumption of northbound bus trips. This 50% waiver also applies to the Viajero Hotel on the second floor of the BCS.
