Summary: This ordinance reverts Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Two Hundred Pesos ($P2,772,200.00$) from the “Welfare Goods Account” of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) to unappropriated balance. This amount is then appropriated as a “Donation” under the Public Safety Office for the purpose of paying the honoraria of private volunteers. These volunteers rendered service during the Enhanced and General Community Quarantines in Naga City from March 17 to May 31, 2020, at a rate of Two Hundred Pesos ($P200.00$) per day.
