Summary: This ordinance reverts Twenty Million Pesos ($P20,000,000.00$) from the “Welfare Goods” account of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) to unappropriated balance. This amount is then appropriated to cover the City’s Economic Stimulus Package. The package is divided equally, with $P10,000,000.00$ allocated to a proposed Naga City Business Stimulus Program and $P10,000,000.00$ to a proposed Naga City Community Employment Program.
