ORDINANCE NO. 2020-076

Summary: This ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 2000-071 by approving the application of Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) for the rezoning of a 3,343 square meter portion of two parcels of land in Barangay Mabolo, Naga City, from residential to industrial use. This rezoning is to allow for the establishment of MNWD’s surface water treatment project. The approval is subject to several conditions, including the inclusion of a road maintenance fund in the project cost, installation of mitigating measures to prevent flooding in adjoining areas, prohibition of waste dumping without City ENRO clearance, ensuring equipment and trucks are within Pagdaicon Road’s load capacity, preventing road obstruction, maintaining safe noise levels, ensuring sufficient potable water supply to Barangay Mabolo, and prioritizing manpower sourcing from Barangay Mabolo for construction and operation.
