This ordinance amends Section 108 of the Revised Revenue Code of Naga City, specifically revising the Library ID Card fees issued by the Raul S. Roco Library. Users now have two fee options based on card material:
Applicants must pay at the City Treasurer’s Office, and the City Librarian issues the ID upon receipt of proof of payment. This adjustment ensures sustainability while offering flexible ID options to library users.

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2004-123, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “REVISED REVENUE CODE OF NAGA CITY”, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2013-065, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 108, THEREOF, BY REVISING SUBSECTION B, THEREOF:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No 2004-123, otherwise known as the “Revised Revenue Code of Naga City”, as amended by Ordinance No. 2013-065, specifically Section 108, thereof, is hereby further amended by revising Subsection B, thereof, now to read a follows:
“SECTION 108. RAUL S. ROCO LIBRARY
B. The Library Identification Card (LIC) shall be issued by the City Librarian upon presentation of the official receipt issued by the Naga City Treasurer’s Office covering payment for Library Card Fee of Fifty (P50.00) Pesos for a PVC IO card material or Fifteen (P15.00) Pesos for a laminated card material at the option of the applicant.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a newspaper of local circulation.
