  • Establishes access rules, client qualifications, and usage fees for the Naga City Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) under the NCIB/ITPO.
  • Serves two primary sectors:
    • Digital Startups (ICT solution enterprises at various development stages)
    • Freelance Online Workers (home-based or co-working tech workers)
  • Offers incubation rooms, co-working spaces, networking, mentoring, and access to a Digital Innovation Fund for seed support.

    • ₱200/sq.m. (rental) + ₱50/sq.m. (CUSA) for startups
