Summary: This ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 2000-071, which is the Naga City Zoning Ordinance, by approving the reclassification of a parcel of land. The application for reclassification was submitted by Mr. John L. Clemente, President of Jah Steward Corporation.

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071, BY APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MR. JOHN L. CLEMENTE, PRESIDENT, JAH STEWARD CORPORATION FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND COVERING AN AREA OF FORTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (44,984) SQUARE METERS LOCATED AT ZONE 6, BARANGAY MABOLO, NAGA CITY, FROM AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL USE:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2000-071 is hereby further amended by approving the application of Mr. John L. Clemente, President, Jah Steward Corporation, for reclassification of a parcel of land covering an area of Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four (44,984) Square Meters located at Zone 6, Barangay Mabolo, Naga City, from agricultural to commercial use;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
