AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-009 BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF THE AUTHORIZED ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY (RMC) FOR THE SPECIAL VTRIMOBILE FRANCHISE FOR BARANGAY DEL ROSARIO, THIS CITY FROM TWENTY (20) UNITS TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) UNITS, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND DEFINING THE AREAS OF OPERATIONS THEREOF
