AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P700,200.00) TO OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE TO FUND THE FORMULATION OF THE LOCAL TRANSPORT ROUTE PLAN, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE 2018 SURPLUS
