AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY”, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2001-086, BY GRANTING PERMIT TO TWENTY (20) PADYAK UNITS OF LIBERTY PADYAK OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION (LIPODA) TO PLY FROM THE LIBERTY COMPOUND TO THE MAIN ROAD OF BARANGAY CARARAYAN AND VICE-VERSA ROUTE

Summary: This ordinance amends the “Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City” (Ordinance No. 93-049, as amended by Ordinance No. 2001-086). It grants a permit for twenty (20) “padyak” (pedicab) units of the Liberty Padyak Operators and Drivers Association (LiPODA) to operate on the route from Liberty Compound to the main road of Barangay Cararayan and vice-versa.
