Summary: This ordinance temporarily closes the entire Evangelista Street and specific areas of Plaza Rizal to public use from September 11, 2017, at 7:00 PM, until September 16, 2017, at 9:00 PM. The purpose of this temporary closure is to provide a designated booth area for sponsors participating in the Penafrancia Festival.
