Summary: This ordinance institutionalizes the “Naga City Community First Responders and Basic Life Support Training Program”. Its aim is to enhance community-level disaster preparedness by providing each family in Naga City with the necessary knowledge and skills to cope with natural and man-made calamities and emergencies.
