Summary: This ordinance modifies Section 57 of Naga City’s “Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049) by introducing a new multicab route named “Loop Service ‘J'”. The newly established route begins at Almeda Highway (St. Jude Church and Villages), proceeds through Villa Grande Homes, then via St. James Subdivision back to Almeda Highway, crosses the PNR railways, and continues to Roxas Avenue (Diversion Road) towards Carnation St., Naga City Subd., Ilang-ilang St., SM, Central Bicol Station, and SOGO Hotel.
