Summary: This ordinance amends previous regulations (Ordinance No. 93-076, as amended by Ordinance No. 98-132) by mandating that owners of large cattle submit their mature animals for pregnancy diagnosis before slaughtering. The ordinance also establishes fees for this diagnostic service: P200.00 for pregnant cattle and P50.00 for non-pregnant cattle. The ordinance became effective upon its approval and three consecutive publications in a local newspaper.
