AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, S. 1993, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY” AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2001-086 SPECIFICALLY SECTION 134 THEREOF, BY AUTHORIZING THE CITY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION PADYAK ASSOCIATION (CHESTA) ADDITIONAL EIGHT UNITS OF PADYAK MAKING A TOTAL OF 61 UNITS WITH SPECIFIC ROUTES AS HEREIN INDICATED

Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 134 of Ordinance No. 93-049, s. 1993, known as the “Transport & Traffic Code of Naga City”, which was previously amended by Ordinance No. 2001-086. It authorizes the City Heights Subdivision Padyak Association (CHESTA) an additional eight (8) padyak units, increasing their total to 61 units.
