Summary: This ordinance amends Section 12, Chapter 5 of Ordinance No. 97-114, also known as the 1997 Investment Incentives Code of the City of Naga. The primary purpose of this amendment is to extend the period during which investors can avail themselves of incentives in specific priority investment areas, pushing the deadline from Year 2000 to Year 2004. The ordinance specifies that investments within the Panganiban-Roxas Growth Triangle and the South Riverfront Growth Area will continue to be exempt from business tax and all non-regulatory fees and charges up to Year 2004, regardless of the initial availment date of these incentives.
