RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF FAMILY COMPUTER CENTERS
FOR FEE IN THE CITY OF NAGA, BY ADDING THEREIN COMPUTER SERVICES AND
SIMILAR SERVICES SUCH AS BILLIARD HALLS
