Summary: This ordinance formally repeals Ordinance No. 96-001, which previously mandated that all operators of for-hire units in Naga City paint their vehicles with an assigned color-code. This requirement was initially effective January 1, 1996, or upon the renewal of their Mayor’s Permit and/or Franchise for that year.
