Summary: This ordinance amends previous local laws (Ordinance No. 93-049 and No. 94-011) by setting new fare rates for trimobiles operating within Naga City. The regular fare is now P2.00 for the first two kilometers and an additional P0.50 for every succeeding kilometer or fraction thereof. Students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities are entitled to a discounted fare of P1.50, provided they show a valid and current ID—student IDs must come from their enrolled schools. The ordinance took effect after its approval and publication in a local newspaper of general circulation.
