Summary: This ordinance approves and adopts the Amended 1993 Schedule of Unit Base Market Value of Real Properties for the City of Naga. This schedule is designed to equip city assessment officials with essential information for the appraisal and assessment of real properties, in accordance with the Fundamental Principles of Assessment as mandated by Section 198, Republic Act No. 7160.
