Summary: This ordinance, officially known as “An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of “Padyak” in the City of Naga,” governs the operation of three-wheeled, human-powered vehicles locally referred to as “padyak” (including tribikes, pedicabs, and TM bikes with sidecars). These vehicles are authorized to operate as local public utility vehicles.
