Summary: This ordinance imposes additional fees for using the equipment and facilities of the New Naga City Abattoir. It requires individuals or businesses slaughtering animals there to pay set fees for services such as slaughtering, ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection, corral use, permits, and equipment services—scaled by type (e.g., hogs, cattle) and weight. Fees for smaller animals like goats, sheep, poultry, and horses are also specified. The ordinance amends earlier abattoir-related ordinances (Nos. 543‑1976; 89‑062 is the original; 93‑053) and took effect immediately after approval.
