AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 795, S. 1982 BY INCREASING THE ENTRANCE FEES FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL TO THE PUBLIC AT THE NAGA CITY CIVIC CENTER

Summary: This ordinance amends Section 8 of Ordinance No. 795, Series of 1982, by increasing the entrance fees for the use of the swimming pool at the Naga City Civic Center. Children aged twelve and below are now charged P5.00, while individuals thirteen years and older are charged P7.00. A season or monthly pass for night swimming costs P80.00, with night swimming starting at 5:00 P.M.. The City Mayor may grant special discounts to students attending swimming classes, upon recommendation from relevant committees. The ordinance took effect upon its approval.
