Summary: This ordinance regulates and prohibits the blatant blowing or tooting of horns, and the use of bells, megaphones, Magnavox, loudspeakers, and criers for advertisement or attracting audiences to shows (theatrical, boxing, vaudeville, and similar amusements) or auctions.
