The Sangguniang Panlungsod serves as the legislative branch of the Naga City government, dedicated to providing sound legislative services for its citizens.
 
Guided by a vision of robust legislative policy, the office is responsible for enacting ordinances and approving resolutions that actively drive the city's goal of becoming a role model for good governance and people-centered development by 2030.
