The whole of November is dedicated to the cause and welfare of children as the city marks National Children’s Month. The Council for the Welfare of the Children (CWC), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and the National Youth Commission (NYC) are spearheading the program. The Naga City Government, through the Naga City Council for the Welfare and Protection of Children (NCCWP), joins the nationwide celebration and is inviting everyone to participate in and support the activities set out for this month:
