Hon. Mary Kyle Francine B. Tripulca
Mary Kyle Francine B. Tripulca is the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President of the City of Naga. In college, she was an active student leader and held positions such as executive-secretary of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants and served as a Comelec Commissioner of the Ateneo de Naga University. She was also an active member of the Remontados Debate Society and through her contributions and awards received in regional and national competitions, she was given by the school an Achievement Award in Debate and Adjudication. For her love of government service, she was also an On-the-job Trainee at the Land Transportation Office. She then finished her studies and gained a degree on Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management and Accounting.
Fresh from her undergraduate studies, she pursued her public service career as a Sangguniang Kabataan Chairwoman of Brgy. San Felipe, Naga City. In God’s grace, she has been elected as the President of the Federation in 2018. Since then, she has been serving her Youth Nagueños through crafting, implementing, and supporting series of Youth and Sports Development programs and policies which have holistically honed the youth. As an ex officio member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, she has authored and co-authored a number of ordinances and resolutions which were great contributions to the legislative department of the City of Naga.
To pursue further studies, she is currently an 2nd year law student of the University of Nueva Caceres. This pursuit is also in line with her current career as a public servant. Considering the tough and busy schedule, she still manages to ensure the quality and efficiency of her public service to her constituents. In fact, her love for law is manifested in her performance as a member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod and the different memberships she has with various committees listed above. More importantly, as the Chairperson for the Youth and Sport Committee, she has ensured that Youth Nagueños enjoy unforgettable experiences in different projects that the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation provides like the Sports Festivals Tournaments, Linggo ng Kabataan, Summer Employment Opportunities both in the private and public sector, Scholarship Programs, Government Internship Programs and other projects where the learning and experiences will be surely treasured by the Young Nagueños for the rest of their lives.

As the Sanggunian Kabataan Federation President and Ex Officio Member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, she spearheaded different projects and events that Youth Naguenos surely cherished. Among these are the Naga City Youth Officials Program, Annual Inter-Barangay Sports Fest 2018 and 2019, Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training for SK Secretary and Treasurer (SKMT), Linggo ng Kabataan 2018 and 2019,1st SK NAGA CITY 10-BALL BILLIARD TOURNAMENT – BICOL OPEN, Jesse M. Robredo Cup (JMR Debate Cup),Music and Song Writing Festival 2018, Bicol Volleyball Open, Sutherland Summer Recruitment and Employment, Jesse M. Robredo Swimming Cup, and Covid-19 Response- Facemasks, Face-shields, Alcohol, Relief Operations, Food for Frontliners, etc.
As SK Federation President / Naga City Councilor, she seats as Chairperson of the Committee on Youth & Sports Development; as member in the following committees: Barangay Affairs/ Boundary Disputes; Consumer Protection; Education; Environment & Energy; Family, Women, and Gender Development; Health and Nutrition; Human Rights; Manpower, Livelihood Development & Cooperatives; People Empowerment; and Rules & Procedure.
