Sept. 15, 2023 is a special (non-working) in the municipalitiees of Bombon, Canaman, Calabanga, Camaligan, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pasacao, Pamplona, Pili, San fernando and Bula, in accordance with Presidential Proclamation 332. Proclamation 776 has already delared every Friday preceding the Feast of the Our Lady of Peñafrancia as a special day in Naga City.
