Building Material Assistance

What This Is For

If your home is affected by a government infrastructure project or you’re a beneficiary in urgent need, you can request building materials to help repair or rebuild your house.

Who Can Apply

  • Urban poor residents of Naga City
  • Must have a report or endorsement from:
    • Your Barangay, or
    • Your Urban Poor Association

Before applying, make sure you have:

  • A report or endorsement from your Barangay or Urban Poor Association

Steps to Follow

  • Step 1: Go to the Housing and Settlements Development Office (HSDO) and inform the Chief or Deputy about your request.
  • Step 2: Wait for the office to assign a site investigator and schedule an inspection.
  • Step 3: Be present during the site inspection. The team will verify your situation and prepare a report.
  • Step 4: The office will prepare a Program of Work and list the building materials needed.
  • Step 5: The recommendation will be submitted to the City Mayor for approval.
