1. Requirements Checklist
To start, you’ll need the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume with a 2″ x 2″ picture.
- An extra 1″ x 1″ picture.
- Clearance: Your choice of a Police Clearance (valid for 6 months), NBI Clearance (valid for 1 year), or Barangay Clearance.
- Education Proof (If Any): Transcript of Records or a graduation certificate (Form 138 for high school graduates).
- Supporting Documents (If Available): Training Certificates and Employment Certificates.
2. The 4-Step Referral Process (Total Processing Time: 30 minutes)
