Requesting Heavy Equipment 

Need help with roadwork or clearing? The Naga City Government – Solid Waste Management Office offers free heavy equipment support for your barangay or community projects.

Who Can Request

• Any resident of Naga City
• Barangay officials
• Naga City Government departments or offices

What Services Are Available

You can ask for help with:

• Preparing roads
• Hauling debris or soil/earth fill
• Clearing roads and shoulders
• Demolition work

What You Need

• A request letter or job order that clearly says what kind of help you need

How to Request

1. Submit your request to the Solid Waste Management Office (SWMO).
2. Staff will record it and send it to the Motorpool Chief.
3. The Motorpool Chief reviews the request and passes it to the Transport Dispatcher.
4. A site visit is done by the Heavy Equipment Operator to check what equipment is needed.
5. The Motorpool Chief approves the request based on the site visit.
6. The dispatcher assigns the equipment and operator to do the job.
