  1. Submit Request
  • Submit letter to SWMO
  • Recorded in logbook and forwarded to Head of Office
  1. Evaluation & Endorsement
  • Head of Office reviews and endorses to Public Services Foreman
  1. Scheduling & Coordination
  • Foreman schedules service and assigns collection team
  • Team coordinates with requesting person/office
