- Submit Request
- Submit letter to SWMO
- Recorded in logbook and forwarded to Head of Office
- Evaluation & Endorsement
- Head of Office reviews and endorses to Public Services Foreman
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Foreman schedules service and assigns collection team
- Team coordinates with requesting person/office
