Registration of Pedicab for Hire

For owners, here are what you need to register a pedicab for hire:

  • Barangay clearance (operator and driver) from the  Barangay where the applicants reside
  • Cedula (operator and driver) from the City treasurer or barangay
    Insurance (Any Insurance company)
  • NACIPODRIF official receipt from the Naga City Pedicab Operators and Drivers Federation (NACIPODRIF) association president
  • BLS certificate of training
