Early Education for Pre-Schoolers
The EDUCARE Service Program is part of the Naga Early Education and Development (NEED) initiative, combining day care and Montessori-style learning. Managed by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), it’s available in all 27 barangays.
Who Can Enroll?
- All pre-school-aged children living in Naga City
What You Need
- Birth Certificate (from City Civil Registrar)
- Certificate of Residency (from your Barangay)
Enrollment Steps
- Visit your nearest Educare Center with your child and documents
- Assessment: The teacher will use a checklist and conduct a short oral/written test
- Interview: Parents will be interviewed briefly
- Enroll: If eligible, your child can enroll immediately

💰 Fees: Minimal monthly fee (varies by barangay and CSWDO consultation)

Why do we have to pay the full fee for november when there were only 3 days more or less of classes? And october was just almost 2 weeks of classes?
